Part Two of
A return to Thornewood Castle

After a dinner break, it was time that the group gathered to go over some of their findings. Focusing on the second floor to recheck earlier readings. The gold room felt different from each of the twin beds. The bed closest to the tv, had been called, the hugging bed. Several impressions from guests and investigators felt the presence of a grandmotherly woman, who would tuck you in, and straighten up your things. I slept on that bed before, I felt protected and taken care of.
The bed closest to the window felt more like someone had an illness in. It was more uneasy on that side of the room. I had an impression from a previous visit, that the grandmotherly woman was the nurse I had felt in the room across the hall.

Tasches Notes

Grandview:
11:06 pm, very strong perfume smell that wasn't present before. Balcony: something pacing? High-energy then nothing, mid-balcony at crenulations; same feeling looking toward garden hedge gate as I had at the hedge gate looking toward the balcony (nightmare feeling). Some sort of mutual exchange happened, someone saw something and also saw the other person seeing it. (Revisit balcony.)

Third floor:
Casablanca: being watched but no movement (they're "checking me out"). Image of a finely dressed lady (high lace collar) checking her hat in the large mirror on her way out for something special.

Gold room: Two beds... they used to be together as a double, European-style. Bed closer to the door, someone sick, older, white nightcap, gender uncertain. Bed closer to window -- very busy energy! Room felt like it was spinning when I put my hand on the headboard... woman in her late 20s thrashing around, screaming, having some sort of seizure? TV room: *bad* headache in corner with pipe -- violence? Two adults shoving each other in a fight? (Neil: accident with a kid, felt very sad and started to cry.)

Hallway (traveling rug): the grouping of Gothic mirrors next to each other very repelling, like bars on a jail cell. Vertical group of same mirrors at the end of the hall very neutral. (Revisit Meditation room, also the end of the Byron hallway, by windows.)

Grandview had the balcony that interested Tasche. We decided we would go out and see what we felt. I had the uneasy feeling on the northeast corner of the balcony. I felt as though I would fall over the side. I stood there for a few minutes running the camcord, and decided to move to the west side overlooking American Lake. I ran the tape a bit and captured a moving orb. Tasche felt uneasy out there, and felt somehow a connection from that area, to the nw gate to the garden.
Across the hall from the Grandview suite, was Annas room.

Annas room felt uneasy between the bed and the bay window seating. You could feel her presence move back and forth as if she was looking for something. Magnetic readings seemed to max out each time Neil placed the reader next to who ever felt her presence. Although Annas room is active, her room remains to be one of the happiest rooms in the Castle. Her dressing area/kitchenette, however, had a more intense feel to it. As we settled down for the remainder of the morning to get some sleep, all seemed quiet for the rest of our stay. This visit at Thornewood gave our members enough to fulfill us until our next visit.
